Begni Group supplies multi-leg polyester round slings which are made with:
■ Polyester eye-eye round slings.
■ Grade 80 or 100 steel components.
Connection between polyester slings and metal parts is by special webbing connectors.
They represent a valid alternative to chain slings: they are light, flexible, do not scratch the load surface, do not rust. They are particularly indicated where the slings don’t have to conduct electricity.
They can be with 1, 2, 3, 4 legs, with safety hooks or self-locking hooks.
Tech for Safety: An NFC-RFID microchip can be applied at the sling.

■ Min elongation at WLL (3%).

■ Working temperature: -40°C +100°C.
■ Compliant with: DM2006/42/CE, EN1492-2.
As required by the EN-1492-1:2000+A1:2008 standard (C.3.6 and D.3.7), slings must be protected from sharp edges and from the risk of friction and abrasion arising from both contact with the load and contact with lifting devices (shackles, hooks, lifting points). If protection against cutting and/or abrasion damage is provided as part of the sling, it must be positioned correctly.
