Utilizzando diverse assi merci, l’area di carico può essere suddivida in più compartimenti, evitando che le merci possano spostarsi o rimanere instabili nel vano di carico.

We are pleased to announce the acquisition by Axel Johnson International AB, through the Forankra Group, of the majority of the share capital of Begni Group S.p.A.

For Begni, the operation is a strategic step aimed at supporting growth and further enhancing the offer of products and services, also through the integration of skills and synergies with the Forankra Group.

Begni Group S.p.A. will keep the name, VAT number and all the staff in place. Francesco Moretti will maintain the role of managing director and CEO and, together with Sara Moretti, will continue to be the leader of the company in the coming years.
